Privacy
This page describes what the Apex editorial project at apexcadinvest.com actually does with information. It does not describe analytics or advertising systems, because those are not in use.
Who handles this
The site is operated by its editorial team. Contact: info@apexcadinvest.com, +1 403 819 2640, 214 8 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0K8, Canada. No registration number is stated because none is claimed here.
Form data
If you send the contact form, the team receives the name, email address, subject, and message you typed. Those details are used to read the message and, where a reply is possible, to reply. They are not used to build a marketing profile.
Automatic data
The browser stores two local preferences if you use the notices: whether you acknowledged the educational-course dialog, and whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice. The site does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies, and it does not embed third-party trackers.
Ordinary server logs may exist at the host that delivers the pages. The editorial team does not run a separate analytics product on top of them.
Purpose and basis
Form messages are processed to answer you. The legal basis relied on is your request to be contacted, and where Canadian private-sector privacy law requires consent, the act of sending the form. Preferences stay in your browser so the notices do not repeat.
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying note of the correction, if a page was changed because of it. The site is hosted for a Canadian audience. If a host processes a transmission outside Canada, that processing is limited to delivering the site and the form handler.
Rights
You may ask what form information is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of a message that is still on file. Write to info@apexcadinvest.com. You may also complain to a privacy regulator. Blocking the local preferences only means the notices can appear again.
Authority
A complaint about personal information may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Residents of Alberta may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta about private-sector matters under provincial law. Naming those offices is not a claim of registration with them.
